Recipes : Pineapple Chicken

Here I present a recipe for a lip smacking chicken dish which is very unique. Chicken is an all-time favourite with both kids as well as adults. For extra flavour, pineapple is added to this special tasty Chicken item.

Chicken Keema, pineapple slices dipped in salted water, corn flour, red chillies, red chilli powder, ginger, garlic & onion finely chopped, pineapple juice, fine sugar, Soya sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, ghee.

  • Marinate the chicken properly with corn flour, salt, red chilli powder and vinegar.
  • Keep the marinated chicken aside for two hours to set nicely.
  • Now heat ghee in the pan. Fry the finely chopped garlic, ginger, and onion for a few minutes.
  • Then add red chillies, sugar, pineapple slices and Soya sauce to the mixture.
  • Fry for two more minutes. Finally add your marinated chicken and pineapple juice to it.
  • Deep fry for 25- to 30 minutes. Let the chicken cook in its own juice.
  • When your chicken is well cooked, add two cups of water to it.
  • Let the gravy thicken for some time. Now your tasty, relishing Pineapple Chicken is ready to serve.
  • Garnish your dish with the remaining finely sliced pineapples.
